The restaurant Las Dunas continues to develop a unique concept of healthy haute cuisine, a concept that was originally created by the award-winning 2-Michelin-star chef Andoni Luis Aduriz. The chef has been responsible for the kitchen of Las Dunas for 4 years and following their guidelines and working together during this period, our team has developed its own techniques and innovating in the menus keeping the essence of this unique concept that already has great faithful clients of the healthy food, without additives, with local and quality product and who are lovers of healthy eating; well eating.
